        1.  The names of the *USRSPC objects are all different.  Here's a 
representative sampling of 8 consecutive ones from approximately the time 
I had the debugger sitting idle (although it's not possible for me to tell 
for sure -- I'm not authorized to look at the objects).  If you need more 
information  about these objects, I can try to get an authorized person to 
look at them.

        As I mentioned, the text description is identical on all: 
QTEMP/RSEUTILS.

        2.  I launched a  CL program in the Debugger.  I do not recall 
specifically what steps I completed before I switched to a different 
platform, but I may have just left it there, launched but with no 
breakpoints.  At no time did I actually step through the program or 
monitor any variables or use any other debugger facilities.  (As a matter 
of fact, the Step buttons were grayed out and I really could not do much 
with it...)  Eventually I terminated the launch, but I think this was 
after I came back from the other platform and was preparing to shut down.
