I went through over the weekend and tried various key mappings to see if I could get around the problem. Even mapping a new key to the feature did not work, though.

At one point I wanted to see two source members side by side, so I switched to my iSeries Editing Perspective (which I think came from Mark Phippard or Softlanding) then all of a sudden my remapped key opened members! I restored defaults and ctrl-shift-i worked!

When I switch back to RSE, the key combination doesn't work. Switch to editing, it does.

Does this help narrow down what might be corrupted?

TIA
Sean

Recently went to the same version and the same thing happened to me.

I'll have many source members open and in one of them, ctrl-shift-i
Will stop working.

I click the tab for a different source member and it works then.

Does anyone know what I can check to find out why ctrl-shift-i doesn't work for me? It is working fine on one computer but not on another. The one where it is not working is a fresh install of 5.1.2.4 and all available updates (after uninstalling the previous version and deleting
files manually to try to get as clean an install as possible - I fear I
may have missed something.)

Both appear to be configured the same under
Preferences -> LPEX Editor -> User Commands
