DSPSFWRSC will show you all the licensed programs. Roil through the list to find 5722-WDS, then look for option 60.

Thank you for the quick response. It is a fairly new installation, we
have had it installed for a while just not used until now. I am pretty
much the first developer on WDSC in our shop. I can see that we are using
WDSC version 5.1. How do I check if I have option 60 of 5722-WDS
installed on the iSeries? How do I check if I have installed all required
   service packs?

This is the compile command that is getting submitted:
   CRTBNDRPG PGM(DCLADINOS/TESTWDSC) SRCFILE(DCLADINOS/QRPGLESRC)
   SRCMBR(TESTWDSC) DFTACTGRP(*NO) OPTION(*EVENTF) DBGVIEW(*SOURCE)

This is the message I get on the command log:
   SBMJOB CMD(CRTBNDRPG PGM(DCLADINOS/TESTWDSC) SRCFILE(DCLADINOS/QRPGLESRC)
   SRCMBR(TESTWDSC) DFTACTGRP(*NO) OPTION(*EVENTF) DBGVIEW(*SOURCE))
   JOBD(*USRPRF)
Job 869240/DCLADINOS/QDFTJOBD submitted to job queue QBATCH in library
   QGPL.

This is the job log of the server job that gets submitted:
   CALL PGM(QDEVTOOLS/QRSEEXEC) PARM(X'613F3F3F3F3F3F3F3F3F3F3F3F3F3F3F614B85
   83938997A28561D9E2C561E2C2D4F0F0F0F0F24B939687' 'CRTBNDRPG PGM(DCLADINOS/T
   ESTWDSC) SRCFILE(DCLADINOS/QRPGLESRC) SRCMBR(TESTWDSC) DFTACTGRP(*NO) OPTI
   ON(*EVENTF) DBGVIEW(*SOURCE)')

This is the message I get back displayed on the iSeries Command Log:
   SBMJOB CMD(CRTBNDRPG PGM(DCLADINOS/TESTWDSC) SRCFILE(DCLADINOS/QRPGLESRC)
   SRCMBR(TESTWDSC) DFTACTGRP(*NO) OPTION(*EVENTF) DBGVIEW(*SOURCE))
   JOBD(*USRPRF)
   Command has completed

Thank you for your time!
