"Recently" my filter list has decided that it likes to be in alphabetical order.

Is there a setting somewhere to make it stop sorting? Or do I have something else "broken" that is confusing it?

I edited all of my filter files to ensure the "relativeOrder" number was
unique and in the sequence I wanted. That seems to have resolved the issue.

I also fixed up the leftover .xmi files to match the new format. One of
those two, or the combination, must have fixed it.
