Found something, User DYKBV from client 10.1.10.39 connected to server. Kenmerken van waarde 2 in veld HVR0002 zijn ongeldig. SQL-systeemfout. In English this means something like: Properties of value 2 in field HVR0002 are invalid. I think it's time to contact IBM support because I have no idea what this means, you? -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Namens Colin Williams Verzonden: vrijdag 8 april 2005 12:35 Aan: 'Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries' Onderwerp: RE: [WDSCI-L] Quantum DB perspective Not Sure. Message description for SQL0901 "DSPMSGD RANGE(SQL0901) MSGF(QSQLMSG)" just says "SQL System Error". You could try and track down the server database job to find the specific error. There should be a QZDASOINIT job in QUSRWRK than did the database access for that request, so look for one running under your userid, and look at the job log. Sometimes its easier to track these down via ops nav, as that will display the current user. cheers Colin.W http://as400blog.blogspot.com -----Original Message----- From: Dijk, Bas v [mailto:bvdijk@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: 08 April 2005 11:28 To: Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries Subject: RE: [WDSCI-L] Quantum DB perspective Thanks ! That worked great. But, let me be so free to ask another thing.... I would like to compare the Quantum DB perspective with the Data perspective. Unfortunately I cannot get a connection to work in my data perspective. I am using the same settings as within the Quantum perspective but instead of setting up a bookmark for my DIJKBV library I am now using a filter to set the SCHEMA to DIJKBV. Now, when I try to connect I get this: One or more problems were reported while accessing the database. Problem reading tables for schema 'DIJKBV'. [SQL0901] SQL-systeemfout. Problem reading database 'Sligro20'. [SQL0901] SQL-systeemfout. When I omit the DIJKBV filter it gives the same error for all my schema's. The strange thing is that I used this perspective several months ago (version 5.1.2 clean from CD). Any ideas? -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Namens Colin Williams Verzonden: vrijdag 8 april 2005 12:08 Aan: 'Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries' Onderwerp: RE: [WDSCI-L] Quantum DB perspective Try jdbc:as400://10.1.0.2;libraries=DIJKBV,*LIBL;naming=system cheers Colin.W http://as400blog.blogspot.com -----Original Message----- From: Dijk, Bas v [mailto:bvdijk@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: 08 April 2005 10:19 To: Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries Subject: RE: [WDSCI-L] Quantum DB perspective Thanks for the info.
