I've created a new connection, created a new workspace, deleted and recreated filters to no avail. I know I don't have all the PTFs, but this connection was working last night and not today. I've ended and restarted the DDM server, I can see the iSeries listening at port 446. I believe the iSeries was IPLed last night, but that shouldn't matter I wouldn't think. I know it's behind on PTFs, but it was behind on PTFs last night and it worked. Any ideas?
