[WDSCI-L] Code desginer display create batch job

Can anyone tell me where I can change the option (if it exists) to prevent
each compile from sitting with a TIMW status?  These jobs sit for a minute
and hold up other programmers compiles and test jobs.  And each time I
compile a new job is submitted.
