[WDSCI-L] CL Prompting not updating OVRPRTF

I'm using WDSC 5.1.2.4 (Build id: 20050104_2139) and when I prompt an
OVRPRTF in a CL (yes its opened for editing), I can enter all kinds of
overrides, but it won't update the source when I hit okay.  Is there some
setting or patch that I'm unaware of that might address this?  I called a
coworker over, and some other commands weren't updating, like a 'CALL', but
after he left I closed and opened the source and the 'CALL' command
prompting started working.  OVRPRTF still seems to be broken though.

I'm not sure that OVRPRTF ever worked with this version for me, because I
haven't used OVRPRTF prompting since I went from 5.1.2.2 to 5.1.2.4.
