Ctrl-Shift-I not working -- WDSCI-L

On the PC of a colleague of mine, the key combination Ctrl-Shift-I doesn't 
do anything. On my PC, it brings up the window Open Member In Editor. I 
have checked the settings in Windows - Preferences - Workbench - Keys - 
iSeries - Open a member in Remote Systems LPEX Editor. The settings on his 
PC are exactly the same as on my PC.

Any ideas what might be the cause of this (small) problem?
