Right, I haven't gone into the CODE Designer yet. I'm looking to find
out how to change the 'pagesize' for an LPEX session. If that's what
you're referring to with the PAGESIZE, then I don't know where to set it
(I do know how to compile with that though).

Thanks,

Oh - I thought that you were in CODE Designer - that's how I edit all of
my PRTF's and DSPF's.

When I edit a printer file, I right click on the printer file member
from RSE and then select "Open With" and "CODE Designer". That's a GUI
page designer that will have a learning curve to it, but it's much
better than editing the DDS code.

If you're not using CODE Designer - and you're using CRTPRTF to create
the Printer file, then I think it's the keyword PAGESIZE(66 132).

Hope that helps.

Jeff,

Thanks for the link.
I looked at both responses and can't seem to do what it says.
I'm on version 5.1.0.3, which might be the issue?
I right click on my printer file (which brings up a menu), and I don't
see anything about keywords. I go to properties, and I don't see a
printer tab. I'm not sure where I should be seeing the printer tab.

I think this is the link you're looking for...

PRTF width - How do I set this to 198?

[WDSCI-L] LPEX Prtf error message DDS7868W

When coding in a DDS print file that is wider than 80 columns, I get the
following error:

DDS7868W Start line or start position larger than page size.

I browsed the Preferences, but didn't see where I can override that
value to something larger.
Can someone point me to it?

I did search the archive, but I only found an email similar to this one
with no responses.

Thanks,
