I've found that if you do a find/replace on a string (say for instance if you wanted to replace Old_Tired_Value with New_Value) that it moves the comments to the left the same number of spaces that it removes based on the differences in the length. Is it possible to leave those alone? I know for an Eval statement it works great to keep all the variables and text neat, but moving the comments seems to be not such a good idea. Possibly move everything prior to column 81? Ron Power Programmer Information Services City Of St. John's, NL P.O.
