That's an interesting idea, but I don't know him.  Our ops mgr is
actually one of my best friends at work.  She's also buried under a pile
of work--both hers and the former operator supervisor's.  We're moving
to a new office at the end of the year and upper management decided to
eliminate the position that used to manage the operators. 

I can get her to order it.  I just have to catch her in a good mood. <g>

Do you have a good enough rapport with your business partner to get
something like this done on your own?  I've given ours leads that have
led to a few customers getting those green streak updates awhile back.
And a few BCC's on emails to the boss requesting memory or other
upgrades help.
Then again, I knew him before I started here in 1986.
