Hi, I have the same problem and it's really irritating! We are working a LOT with qualified datastructures and to get the subfields listed using ctrl-space after typing the ds name and dot (.) would be REALLY nice! I am also on 5.1.2.4 /Frank "Wilt, Charles" <CWilt@xxxxxxxxxx om> To Sent by: "Websphere Development Studio wdsci-l-bounces@m Client for iSeries (E-mail)" idrange.com <wdsci-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc 2005-02-16 22:56 Subject [WDSCI-L] Code Assist doesn't work for DS subfields. Please respond to Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries <wdsci-l@midrange .com> All, I posted a message about this back in September... http://archive.midrange.com/wdsci-l/200409/msg00400.html However, I didn't get a solution, it just started working again. Now it has stopped again. Code Assist works fine on op-codes, BIFs, and variable names; including the DS name itself. But it doesn't with the DS subfields. When I type the DS name followed by a period and hit ctrl-space, I get a beep but nothing else. In reply to my prior post, Nazmin asked if I had an outline view. The answer to that is yes and it was just refreshed. This happens in both fixed and free-format. I'm on 5.1.2.4 of WDSC. Anybody else with this problem???
