RE: User Actions

You can also get to the file in WDSC by using the "Java" perspective.
Under the Java perspective, go under the project named "Remote Systems
Connections" then look under the directory
/team/UserActions/ibm.files400 ( if the user action was saved under the
team) or  /userprofile/UserActions/ibm.files400 ( if the action was
saved under your profile. )

Once you use WDSC to copy the XML file into this project, you'll need to
restart the workspace to see the affect.
