If you are at a recent release of the OS (V5R1 or later) and you have a
license to any compiler, you have product 5722WDS.  This product gives
you ALL the green screen development tools, ALL the compilers, and ALL
of the web-based development tools, including WDSC (standard edition,
not advanced edition).

You may need to order additional CDs from your business partner; in
fact, that's almost guaranteed.  You need to get them to order you the
latest version of WDSC.
