I have the same problem with IBM Info Center. I can get it to work most
of the time with IE, but never with Firefox. If you find a solution
post it back out here.

I also have about 3 or 4 JRE/JDK's on my machine at any given time.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Which JVM?

I was having an issue with Fix Central. They like to think they are
flawless so they assumed that it was because I was running some older
version of JVM. I downloaded the latest JVM from Sun and started using
that with IE. Now my IE locks up very often - especially when using
Infocenter. And then doing a search is a guaranteed lockup.
Add/Remove programs shows:
Java 2 Runtime Environment Standard Edition v1.3.1_04 Java 2 Runtime
Environment Standard Edition v1.4.1_04 Java 2 Runtime Environment
Standard Edition v1.4.2_06

When I check out the JVM from within IE it shows the last one.

1 - Will removing one of these help? Does having more confuse IE?
2 - Will removing one of these hurt, like harming WDSC?
