[WDSCI-L] Error RSEG1003U

When I right-click on a filter and open it in Table View, I receive
this "unexpected exception".  I'm able to right-click on the
Connection and open the filter pool in Table View and then open an
individual filter in Table View.  But I've lost the ability to see the
date/time of last update when I go that way; I'm on Version 5.1.2.4. 
The problem started about a week ago (before 5.1.2.4).

Is there a file or folder I can delete to make this error vanish?
