RE: [WDSCI-L] Update not working through proxy.

The instructions for installing our plugins says if you are behind a proxy 
and cannot use the update site to contact us and we will provide alternate 
instructions.  We also have a zipped version of the update site which can 
just be downloaded by a web browser and then installed locally.
