QuantumDB Plugin

All:

I recently downloaded the QuantumDB Eclipse plugin and attempted to
install it as indicated.  Directions are pretty simple:  unzip and
install in plugins folder.  Of course, I only have about 5 or 6 folders
named "plugins" on my pc, so I don't know which.  So, I tried them
all...can't get it to work.

Has anyone else tried to use this plugin?  Any suggestions?

I'm currently running WDSc Standard, V5.1.2.2, Build id: 20041014_2121.
I'm planning on searching for updates later this week or early next
week.
