Update Manager problems

Hi All

I hope someone can help with this.

I are using WDSC v5.1 Build id: 20030908_2154, and on V5R2M0.

I'm trying to update my version of WDSC by using Software Updates|New Updates 
but am getting the following errors:

"Network connection problems encountered during search"
Unable to access 
"http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/websphere/studiotools/wssd51/update";
 and a bunch of other websites.

I have enabled proxy settings under preferences -Internet and Install/Updates.  
Our networks team have opened access to the ibm pages.  Still no luck.

Anyone else had this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.
