And to select an entire line, press the CRTL button while you double-click 
on the line. That works for me.

Thanks, Adrian, for the tip. I didn't think about context sensitive F1 
outside the text editor.

Pressing F1 while the cursor is in the "Action" field of the "User Key 
Actions" preference page will bring up a direct link to the actions 
documentation.
