compiling a program -- WDSCI-L

Hi -
I just started using WDSC last week just as SEU for now.  However, I can't
compile my programs.  I get an error message which I understand requires
Option 60 to be installed.    I'm not exactly sure how to install Option 60
on the iSeries.   I'm using WDSC 5.1 and the iSeries OS is v5r2.    This is
only a 1 person shop (i.e.... ME) so any help would be greatly appreciated.
