Those styles ("Comments", "Keyword", etc.) are defined by each particular parser, same as the styles on Window > Preferences > LPEX Editor > Appearance ("formatLine", "messageLine", etc.) are defined by LPEX.

Try Windows->Preferences->LPEX Editor->Parsers->Parser Styles
You will be able to configure the foreground and background colours for
each parser.
