In 5.1.2 there is a preference for automatic formatting of CL source.

Window->Preferences->Remote Systems->iSeries->LPEX Editor Parsers->CL

Uncheck the Automatic Formatting option, and see if that takes care of it.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] CL Line refomatting

When I am editing CL code, and I change a line, the editor realigns
and reformats the line the way it wants to -- as if I pressed F4+enter
in SEU. This is irritating, especially if you have several similar
lines of code lined up a certain way, and you don't want them messed
with.

I searched for this topic (using the new Google mail search) and
didn't find anything, I apologize if this has been covered.

TIA
