Check this article in the archive 
<http://archive.midrange.com/wdsci-l/200406/msg00122.html>. Also, search 
the archive on "re-install" or "uninstall" or, for more than you need, 
"install".

When the instructions say to delete from the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE part of the 
registry, also check the same things in HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
