2 feature questions

1) When I went to the latest release sometime back, I lost Content Assist.
I know I wasn't the only one.  The only way to get it that I can find is
Ctl-Space.  Is that still the only way?  How do I turn it on permanently?

2) The lock icon in the iSeries Table View doesn't seem to work.  No matter
which setting I use, the iSeries Table View won't follow the RSE view.  Is
this broken?
