[WDSCI-L] Webfaced Fields Appear Too Far Right

I have a screen that when it is webfaced some of the fields line up too far to 
the right.  In my case the 'Order Status Inquiry' and IUSERN field are too far 
to the right.  I compared the source code with the source of other DDS that I 
webfaced and they look about the same.  Is there any particular reason that can 
cause this.  I tried going into the associated .jsp file to temporarily change 
settings to see what happens but this does not help.  I tried using design mode 
to manipulate the table but it distorts it even more.  I have included my DDS
