That may have been I who mentioned that. It turns out I have the same overall version as you, but there are a couple pieces that show 5.1.0.4 in the Help->About... dialogs. I guess there is not a full product version at that level.

In the Help->About... dialog, click on the Plugins detail button - click on the heading of the Version column to sort it, then go near the bottom - you might see 5.1.0.4 in that column.

I am using WDSC Advanced, by the way. Not sure whether it matters for this stuff.
