WDSc 5.1.2 and WDSc Advanced 5.1.2 IS avalaible. However it is not a 
fixpack, but a new version which must be ordered through IBM or downloaded 
from 'PartnerWorld for Developers' (see 
http://www.developer.ibm.com/welcome/guide/value.html or 
http://www.developer.ibm.com/welcome/softmall.html ) if you are a member.
If you have a licence for 5722-WDS and Software Subscription, you can 
order a refresh for free, to get WDSc 5.1.2.
