Clearing off WDT/400

I have this developer interested in making the jump to WDSC.  She even 
signed up for the class at:
http://www.statususer.org/specialEvents.html

I am trying to install 5.1.2 on her system.  First, I want to clear off 
the old stuff.  So I used add/remove to get rid of anything saying wdsc. 
And we've rebooted and defragged.

But there's this WDT/400 that is still on there.  The change and remove 
buttons on it stay greyed out.
