I do not think there is any possible way for anyone on this list to know 
that, and I doubt anyone from IBM would tell you.

I will say that unless the JSR originates from IBM, like the new SDO 
stuff, it is very unlikely that WebSphere would support it before the spec 
becomes final or until it becomes part of the J2EE standard.  If this gets 
tossed into J2EE 5.0 then WebSphere would have to support it.  Assuming 
that this JSR is in early stages, then you are talking WAS 7.0 at the 
absolute earliest.

That being said....

WDSC has a good text editor built in and you can get plugins for PHP in 
WDSC.

Also, WDSC is capable of using Tomcat as its test environment just as well 
as WebSphere.
