Try this:
- Press Ctrl+F to bring up the live-find dialog
- Type this in the "Find" field:
(HTLNO.)+TLNO|(TLNO.)+HTLNO
- Check the "Regular expression" box
- Press "All".

The regular expression support is not that great, but a future release will take advantage of Java's own regex support. For more help on it, enter:
?regex
on the LPEX command line.
