Vern, If I understand correctly what you are accomplishing with this example you can also use the old fashioned PDM commands. Type RRxx (xx being the number of columns to shift right) on the first and last lines of the code you want to shift. Press ENTER and they will shift xx number of columns. You can shift left using LL.
