Vern,

If I understand correctly what you are accomplishing with this example you can
also use the old fashioned PDM commands. Type RRxx (xx being the number of
columns to shift right) on the first and last lines of the code you want to
shift. Press ENTER and they will shift xx number of columns. You can shift
left using LL.

HTH,

Rick

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Reformat entire CL in RSE?

I like a lot about the CL formatting in 5.1.2. I was looking for a way to
reformat an entire source or selection according to the autoformat
settings. Did not see any but found a way - sort of:

- Position the cursor in column 1 of the first row you want to reformat

- Press Alt-R to start a rectangle selection

- Position the cursor in any column of the last row you want to reformat

- Press Alt-R again to finish the rectangel selection

- Right click in the selection

- Under Selected-> click the option to move selection to the right

Voila!

How about a better way, however?

Thanks
Vern
