In the outline view, it shows prototypes of procedures internal to the
module with EXTPROC.

Is there anyway to turn this off?  I like seeing EXTPROC if the procedure
really is external, along with EXTPGM when it is a program call.  But it
would be easier to use if the EXTPROC wasn't there for internal procedures.
