I'm seeing the error message "UTF8 not a valid parameter for the Compare" when
trying to use the compare function in 5.1.0.2.

I guess it may be due to a setting that has been set by accident in the
preferences, but since the workstations in question have also "lost" their
lpex setting option in preferences I can't look at that.

Any suggestions?
