Try changing your compiles to interactive.  That is what I have had to
do (at least in 5.0.1.2 I did) to make it work.

- Right click on the iSeries connection you are compiling on
- Select Properties.
- Select Subsystem in the left pane.
- On the iSeries Objects tab look for the section labeled "Properties
for compiles and user action variables"
- Deselect "Compile in batch"

RPGBND.  Any idea what might cause this?
