Deleting a perspective I can (almost) understand - that's programmatic
and requires some work.  But changing the icon SHOULD be as simple as
changing a line in an XML file somewhere.  If it's not, if it's indeed
hardcoded somehow, then there is a programmer out there who is perhaps
better suited for alternate employment endeavors.
