And you do know it is not supported on XP Home. So, you are lucky you got an answer.... ;-)


Larry was talking about Hard Drive space, not RAM. Install guide for older version(5.1) says 2.1 GB. You then need that amount extra during the install process for temp files and such. So you should have at least 4.5GB of free hard drive space for installing it.

Interesting.  I had the EXACT same error on two different machines.  One
had Windows XP Home and the other had Window 2000 Pro.  Where is
temporary disk space defined?

The XP Home machine was way short on RAM, only 256MB, so I can see that
as an issue.  The Pro machine had 512MB, which should be enough.  I am
upgrading the Home machine to 768MB to see what happens.
