[WDSCI-L] CPPWM35I.dll?

Has anyone encountered this error before?

This application has failed to start because CPPWM35I.dll was not found. 
 Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I'm running WDSC Advanced Edition 5.1.2 (build 20040609_0820) on WinXP Pro.

I get the error when I try to prompt a line of RPG.

I've done a search of my hard drive and couldn't find the file anywhere 
(assuming, of course, that the search function actually works in WinXP 
... I haven't had a lot of luck with it recently).

Any suggestions?
