RE: Refresh feature code for WDSc V5.1.2

I have just received a new i5 machine that has WDS pre-installed.  There
are no direct instructions that can be found on how to perform a
refresh.  The Hardware Information Center is doing a nice job of
freezing FireFox and IE.  Where are the instructions to refresh from the
OS V5R3 install?
