Rick,
    For the outline view, try to  delete the directory  under your
workspace called "information" and then try to create the outline view.
The exact path is
\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\com.ibm.etools.iseries.core\information. This
holds the intermediate results for the outline view. I do not know why this
would cause the problem, but it is worth a try.

I installed version 5.1.2 of WDSc today.  Now I cannot get the Outline view
to work.  When I open a source member and click on the Outline View tab a
message box appears with the message "Unable to create part: Outline".  Has
anyone else seen this error?

I'm also getting sporadic errors when loading a source member.  Don't know
if it's related or not.

I downloaded all updates this afternoon but it didn't help.
