The View option runs IBM's spooled file viewer from JT400, the open in text editor just creates a text file and opens it in the Eclipse text editor. From that point on, cut & paste is provided by that editor/function. Also, you do not really say what your problem is. Does it just not look right, does something crash etc.... Finally, there is an option to save to file at which point you could just open the file using an external application, including Word.
