I'm using WDSC 5.1 and ACMS 7.2D. I had it running to do an evaluation and had a couple of issues. I just took another look at it and now recall why I don't use it. Once the plugin loaded, you have to look at the properties for the connection. Under Subsystems, you will have an ACMS tab where you need to specify the ACMS data library (ACMSLIB)and a profile and password. ACMS becomes an option under your connection in the RSE tree view labeled ACMS. You then create ACMS filters. The filter options are similar to the options on ACMS when you do a greenscreen object subset. Within a filter, you right click on the objects to perform ACMS actions. I've gotten as far as checking out an object. When I try to check it back in I get MCH1202 by AFFTMAINX at stmt 216 error. After that, I get RSEG1066U error dialogs with java.lang.NullPointerException anytime I try to go into a filter. I don't know what "Check In" does on ACMS. The options are somewhat limited; Checkout, Checkin, Cancel Checkout, Browse, & Edit if I recall correctly. I couldn't get far enough to tell what checkin actually did. I wanted to see if it was a promote to QUA. I'm interested to know if anyone else has gotten it to work. -Scott --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
