Douglas I think that is the same error I was getting when I tried updating. It was all due to my internet connection going through a Microsoft ISA firewall. It is still an outstanding issue which has yet to be resolved. IBM know of this error. When I looked at the details the text was "Error parsing site stream. [The XML stream is not a valid default "site.xml" file. The root tag is not site.]" Where could I find how to fix this?
