You have to set it within WDSC. You can define the default for your connection (I think it will also start with your *JOBD). Right click on iSeries Objects subsystem and choose properties. You can define the libraries and also a program to call. You can also define commands under the iSeries Commands subsystem such as a CHGLIBL command that sets it the way you want.
