I had to add CLLE as a valid source type - utility is pre-ILE. Also, we use 
comment blocks first thing, with some lines being only blanks. The command 
does not handle these well - the option to indent comments messes these up, 
including stripping blanks out of empty comments. I'll try to make some 
improvements to this "open-source"  ;-)

Also, there are some restrictions around IF, DO, and MONMSG. I'm going to 
see if this can be changed to use something more modern for prompting, 
hence getting rid of this limitation.
