Workspace Issues after upgrade

I finally have WSDc V5.1 installed.  It was a rough battle that took two
days, but it is installed.  Now, I have a problem.  It is not recognizing
the projects I have created under V5.0.  The workspace is in the correct
location, as recognized by V5.1.  I tested this by creating a new project
and determining the location of the files.  The files were created in the
workspace where my older projects are located.

Any ideas on how to have the new version recognize the old projects located
in my workspace?
