Do you have to go into every single display file and put the webface stuff
on every field, or is there some kind of batch process or automatic
process that I can use?

RE: [WDSCI-L] Newbie question

The comments are put in by Code Designer. They should not adversely affect
the behavior of the screens in 5250 sessions. These kinds of comments are
also used in Webfacing. Webfacing uses them to control screen appearance
and
behavior in a browser, so the screen in the browser can be customized
without affecting how the screen looks and behaves in a 5250 session.

Thanks,
Kelly

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Newbie question

I'm just starting using webshere and I have a question. When I looked a
couple of display files, there are *%%WB comments. How did they get
there? I have to add some fields to one of these display files, and I
want to rebuild it with the *%%WB for the newly added fields. I assume
that these files are important for the GUI portion or are they just that,
comments? Thanks in advance for your help.

Bobby.
