> what are the customers reaction to the screens > and has their work been affected by the new screens? Speaking very, very generally, existing users are not particularly impressed by panels which have been converted by IBM WebFacing. They tend to call them 'grey screens.' New users tend to be confused by the whole 'command key' thing, since it's not used by many true web applications. For instance, we want them to press F12 and they instinctively use the back button. IBM WebFacing is a step into the future of the web; deploying the infrastructure you'll need to do true a web UI in the future. So, the big question you need to answer is 'Why am I using IBM WebFacing?' Do you need to deploy your software via the Internet? Put a GUI face on it so the marketing folks have a shot at selling it? Because a manager saw a presentation at COMMON? You have to match up the rationale against the expected results, and ultimately, only you can answer that for your organisation. --buck
