I noticed that while the outline view shows the prototypes for all my
subprocedures, not all are listed in the subprocedure section.

I've tried refreshing a couple of times to no avail.  I've check all the
obvious reasons why they wouldn't show, p-spec begin and end lines are
there, names all match, and I'm not missing any /free, /end-free.

So why don't they all show up?
